Boiling and condensation; pool and film boiling, film condensation, dropwise condensation. Heat exchangers; types, analysis, design, and selection. Mass transfer: Fick’s Law, mass diffusion, mass convection, simultaneous heat and mass transfer, porous catalysts. |
